SIPHER, a pioneering project in the Gaming x AI space, is pleased to announce the upcoming distribution of tokens to Seed Investors who have supported the project since its earliest days.
Distribution Details
According to SIPHER's Tokenomics V2, the token distribution process for Seed Investors will follow these parameters:
Total tokens for distribution: 113,000,000 SIPHER (11.30% of total supply)
Vesting period: 18 months, starting in December 2024
Token Mint: Starting March 5, 2025
Distribution start: End of March 2025
Distribution end: May 2026
Detailed Distribution Schedule
The distribution process includes two main phases:
Accumulation Phase (December 2024 - February 2025) - Completed:
Tokens accumulated but not distributed
Total accumulated tokens: 18.8331 million SIPHER
Distribution Phase:
First 4 months (March 2025 - June 2025): 10.986 million tokens/month
Next 11 months (July 2025 - May 2026): 6.278 million tokens/month

The decision to distribute tokens to Seed Investors before the official Global Launch reflects SIPHER's strong commitment to our early investors who have patiently waited and supported the project for more than 3 years since December 2021.
To demonstrate our long-term commitment to the project and our belief in SIPHER's vision, the Founders, Team & Advisors will continue to lock their tokens until the official Global Launch. This is a testament to the development team's dedication to the project's success.
Sipher Odyssey official Global Launch is expected to launch in Q2/2025.
