Overview

Sipher Odyssey features a fast-paced action RPG combat system with both single-player and cooperative gameplay modes. Players control vessels (characters) with unique abilities as they navigate procedurally generated dungeons, battle enemies, and collect rewards to enhance their progression.

Control System

PC Controls

Movement: W/A/S/D keys

Attack: Left mouse button

Skill Activation: Q key

Dash/Dodge: Spacebar

Auto-aim: Automatically targets nearby enemies

Key Binding: Customizable through settings menu

Combat Mechanics

Real-time action combat with ranged and melee weapons

Auto-targeting system for smoother gameplay

Special abilities tied to character sub-races

Dodge mechanics for avoiding enemy attacks

Camera System

Three-quarters isometric camera angle similar to Hades

Camera follows the player-controlled character

Provides clear visibility of combat area and approaching enemies

Equipment System

Weapons

Selected in customization menu before entering a dungeon

Cannot be changed during a dungeon run

Each weapon type has unique attack patterns and strategies

Character Equipment

Weapon: Determines attack style and damage

Chest: Core armor piece with defensive properties

Legs: Affects mobility and defensive stats

Hand: Enhances attack capabilities

Accessory: Provides specialized bonuses or effects

Dungeon Structure

Level Design

Procedurally generated layouts for replayability

Progressive difficulty scaling

Varying enemy types and patterns

Special challenge rooms and treasure chambers

Boss encounters at strategic intervals

Playtime

Easy levels: 10-20 seconds

Normal levels: 20-40 seconds

Hard levels: 40-60 seconds

Complete dungeon run: 15-25 minutes

Augment System

When clearing floors or collecting enough dungeon XP, players choose from three random Augment options:

Augments stack throughout a dungeon run

Strategic selection creates powerful synergies

Different rarities affect augment potency

Categories include offensive, defensive, utility, and special augments

Endless Anarchy Mode
